Nordic co-operation
In addition to centralised co-operation, there are a lot of direct bilateral projects. The content of the projects vary from analysis co-operation to equipment deliveries. The Swedish support first concentrated to Lithuania but then turned to Russia. The Norwegian assistance programme has been focused on Kola.
The Nordic countries are in close co-operation with each other.
